What do I do if I have not received my 'myWaitrose' card?

Have you registered your temporary card? If not, you must register your card here and your myWaitrose card will arrive with you in due course.

If you have registered your temporary card but not received your myWaitrose card within 5 weeks please email  the Customer Sales and Support Centre (CSSC) at mywaitrose@waitrose.co.uk or alternatively call CSSC on 0800 188 884 and select Option 1
